Organic Jowar

Customers can buy from us both, organic jowar and organic jowar flour. Jowar is a millet obtained from a cereal crop called Jowar. People who add this whole grain in to their diet get protein, iron, dietary fibre, phosphorus, copper, potassium and thiamine. The cholesterol free grain can be used as a substitute of all-purpose flour, if you want to manage weight, regular blood sugar level, and control blood pressure. Jowar is gluten free, therefore people who are gluten intolerant can switch to jowar. They can prepare jowar upma, dosa, khichdi and other dishes. They can even grind the whole jowar into flour at home for making chapati.
